By placing an order through this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing.Products
All prints are produced by me in my studio. Each work is printed on archival paper with pigment inks. Because prints are made individually, slight variations in color, tone, and trim may occur between copies. Screen calibration differs from device to device, so the print you receive may not match your monitor exactly. This is inherent to the medium and is not considered a defect. Edition sizes, paper, and dimensions are listed on each product page. Artist proofs and open edition works are identified as such.Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. I do not store or have access to your payment card information. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. If an item is unavailable after purchase, I will contact you and issue a full refund.Order Processing
Orders are typically printed, inspected, and packed within [7] business days. Larger prints and framed work may require additional time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. I run this studio myself, so please allow reasonable time for fulfillment. If you need an order by a specific date, contact me before purchasing and I will let you know what is possible.Shipping
All shipping is charged at a flat rate per order, regardless of how many prints you purchase or their size.- **United States.** Free.
- **Canada.** $10 per order.
- **United Kingdom and Ireland.** $15 per order.
- **All other countries.** $35 per order.
Prints ship flat or rolled in protective packaging depending on size. Tracking is provided on every order. I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your address before completing your order. For all orders shipping outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. I cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare values below the purchase price. Delivery times outside the United States vary and are not guaranteed. If you have a question about shipping to your country, contact me at luca@lucavarano.com before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 14 days of delivery at luca@lucavarano.com with photographs of both the print and the packaging. I will work with you to replace the piece with a comparable print or find another suitable resolution. If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact me and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims must be initiated within the carrier's filing window.Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This is standard for limited edition and made to order fine art work. The only exception is damage in transit, addressed in the section above.Copyright and Reproduction
All images, prints, and written content on this site are the exclusive property of Luca Varano and are protected under United States copyright law. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical object only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or licensing rights of any kind. Prints may not be reproduced, scanned, photographed for commercial use, resold as reproductions, or used in any commercial or promotional context without my written permission. I collect only the information needed to fulfill your order, including your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored by me. I do not sell or share customer information with third parties. If you have subscribed to my mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that order.Governing Law
